Mission

The mission of the Office of Federal and State Compliance/Grants is to implement a comprehensive process that ensures compliance and curriculum alignment in the areas of grant expenditures, federal and state instructional program implementation, and program evaluation.

Vision

The vision of the Office of Federal and State Compliance/Grants is to implement instructional programs that are primarily grant funded and promote a college-bound culture.
 

Compliance Monitoring

Compliance monitoring is one of the key components when the district accepts grant funding. It does so under obligations to comply with all regulatory areas. Compliance is ensured with various areas of regulation:

Evaluation of Grant Programs and Key Education Initiatives

• develops program status reports on all discretionary and formula funded grants
• reports district-level financial status on federal and state grants
• evaluates key education initiatives and state-and federally funded grants

Evaluation, Analysis, and Planning

• facilitates/coordinates contracted evaluations and data collection, and
• disseminates program evaluation findings to school board and all instructional staff
